Yes. Clarkson Construction are fully insured and work in line with current UK building regulations. All construction is carried out to approved standards, with inspections completed where required by Building Control.

We regularly work alongside architects, designers and structural engineers to support the planning and building regulations process. While we are not architects, we ensure all construction follows approved drawings and complies with local authority and Building Control requirements.

Timescales vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. A typical house extension may take several months, while a new build home will take longer. We provide clear timelines before work begins and keep clients informed throughout the build.
